I’ve tried several PETG brands, and the 3DQUB PETG filament 1.75mm 1KG spool is definitely one of the best PETG filaments I’ve used. The dimensional accuracy is excellent, with smooth extrusion and no stringing issues. Prints stick well to the bed with very little warping, even on large models. I used it for functional parts and prototypes, and the durability and layer adhesion are outstanding. Works perfectly on both my Bambu Lab X1C and Creality Ender 3. Highly recommend this filament for anyone looking for reliable 3D printing results.

FAQ

What is PETG filament used for in 3D printing

PETG filament is widely used for functional parts, prototypes, and durable 3D prints that require heat resistance, toughness, and dimensional stability.

Is 3DQUB PETG the best PETG filament for beginners?

Yes. 3DQUB PETG is considered one of the best PETG filaments because it combines easy printing with strong layer adhesion and low warping, making it suitable for both beginners and professionals.

What is the recommended nozzle temperature for PETG filament?

For most PETG 3D printer filaments, the recommended nozzle temperature is 230°C – 250°C with a heated bed temperature of 70°C – 90°C to achieve optimal print quality.

Does 3DQUB PETG filament work with Bambu Lab and Prusa printers?

Yes. 3DQUB PETG filament is compatible with Bambu Lab AMS/X1C, Prusa MK3S, Creality Ender/CR series, Anycubic, and most FDM 3D printers that support 1.75mm filament.

How does PETG compare to PLA and ABS?

  • PLA: Easy to print, eco-friendly, but less heat-resistant

  • ABS: Strong and durable, but prone to warping at higher temps

  • PETG: Offers the best balance of printability, durability, and heat resistance, making it a great all-around 3D printing filament.

What is the dimensional accuracy of 3DQUB PETG filament?

3DQUB PETG maintains ±0.02mm dimensional accuracy, ensuring consistent extrusion, fewer failed prints, and better overall print reliability.

How much filament is included on one spool?

Each 3DQUB PETG filament spool contains 1KG (net weight), vacuum-sealed with desiccant to protect against moisture and guarantee stable printing performance.

Is PETG filament safe to use indoors?

Yes. Unlike ABS, PETG produces very little odor or fumes during printing, making it safer for home and office 3D printing environments.

Can PETG filament be used for prototypes and functional parts?

Definitely. Thanks to its impact resistance, heat resistance, and strong layer adhesion, PETG filament is ideal for prototypes, engineering parts, and end-use functional components.

What are the best print settings for PETG 3D printer filament?

  • Nozzle Temperature: 230°C – 250°C

  • Bed Temperature: 70°C – 90°C

  • Fan Speed: 30%–50%

  • Print Speed: 40–60 mm/s
These settings provide excellent results with PETG 3D printing filament, ensuring strong adhesion and smooth finishes.
